It’s been a great year kick-starting the WeAgile mission and providing an alternative (and hopefully better) way to operate as a agency consultancy. We spoke to TechRound about our journey ahead.

Moves at speed, get things done and build commercial models around the creatives.

WeAgile was interviewed to learn more about their approach to rewarding people fairly who work in the creative industry who do the actual work and how that combines with the mission ahead.  TechRound kindly coined the phrase about us being “a challenger brand” in the agency space with us moving away from the traditional time selling models of the past.  We feel breaking down creaitve expertises into units of time commoditises their talent, brakes it down and leaves it to be haggled over by finance and legal folk which ultimately ends up with it being sold like cheap ingredients at market vs buying an incredible Michelin star meal.
